Ankh is built on more than 15 years of experience across strategy, business development, governance, contracts and complex decision-making.

A significant part of this experience was developed over 13 years at Ljósleiðarinn, where work was carried out in close collaboration with the CEO, executive leadership and board on strategy, agreements and key decisions with both operational and long-term impact.

The work included strategy development and prioritisation, complex agreements and negotiations, board preparation, business and product development, major infrastructure projects and M&A-related work.

In addition to in-house experience, the practice also builds on advisory work in situations requiring independent judgement, structured analysis and clear communication.
